I spent this year’s harvest with my husband and daughter with our amazing Champagne vigneron, Emmanuel Lassaigne. The yield this year in many parts of France is very high, and the grapes very beautiful. That goes for Emmanuel Lassaigne as well. He wasn’t sure he’d be able to fit all the grapes into his winery!
