This month we decided to sit down with Andy Besch for a video interview. Andy is not only a huge advocate of natural wines, he is a great educator about all wines of the world. Since he bought West Side Wine in 1998, Andy has made it his mission to educate his customers about how to buy wine. In this interview he discusses his philosophy, his first exposure to natural wines, and shares some great experiences he’s had visiting winemakers, including Tony Coturri, Olivier Cousin, and Eric Pfifferling.
